Fall… the ever so seasonally confusing time for us all. We’re getting maj Fashion Week FOMO—and on the other hand maj, maj street style inspo. Our favorites like Diletta, Bat Gio and Pernille are donning some seriously cool-girl outfits and simultaneously helping us cultivate our dream wardrobe for the imminent pivot in seasons. We’re trying to sort out whether to elongate summer ruffles, or begin pulling on our oversized plaid blazers and ankle booties. Well fear not fashion fiends—we are here to guide you to some genuinely covetable pieces to help you transition into your fall/winter aesthetic seamlessly.
1) Obi Clutch Botan

It’s no shocker that Japanese style has been everywhere this fall from silk kimonos adorned with sunsets, to traditional high-neck dresses. What better way to embrace the trend than donning these exotics prints and perfectly designed silhouettes? Start small with this handmade statement Moniko clutch emphasizing customary Japanese blooms. Pair with wide-leg culottes and an oversized knit in monochromatic shades for an ensemble on par with Japanese minimalist style.
2) Black Silk Kimono Jacket

Seriously vibing this trend? Go full on Geisha-inspired with this block-print kimono jacket. Best part about this piece? Its seasonal duality—wear it as a dress during the warmer months, or layered over denim and blouses during the chillier months. We’re certain the cascading, oversized sleeves and traditional Japanese garb will turn heads. (**Extra points for nailing two fall trends in one look.)
3) Wendy Maxi Dress

Dark, dramatic frills? Lacy high-necks? Double yes. We’re all relishing in the fact that the Victorian trend is still going strong this season. For a perfectly transitional Renaissance-inspired piece—look no further. This lacy maxi from the Mah Collection hits all of the marks. Either wear alone for a breezy, effortless holiday look, or layer over a sheer turtleneck for inevitable December parties to come. Pair with black patent booties and a wide-brimmed hat for extra drams. If you’re looking for that one dress to wear many times over this fall and winter, let this be it.
4) Black Double Tassel Necklace

Lastly—we’re still obsessing over everything tassel-embellished and we’re trying to ride that trend right on into our fall/winter wardrobe. You’re bound to have put some good miles on those magenta tassel-tiered statement earrings you bought for your summer looks. Retire your brightly color tassel-adorned accessories for next year. Instead, upgrade to this seasonally appropriate crystal replacement. Lucky for us, lil jewellry has an assortment of fall/winter aligned color schemes from black, to beige, to pale blue. We’ll take one in every color, please. 🙂
