Which countries do you ship to?
Currently we ship internationally to the UK and Singapore. If you are based outside of these countries please do get in touch at hello@theboutiquesociety.com and we will look into getting your order to you.
Where are the products shipped from?
Each item is shipped direct from the boutique.
How much is shipping?
The cost for delivery is calculated based on the destination, size and the weight of the product. These costs will be clearly displayed upon checkout.
Why are my items shipped separately?
Each of our boutiques are located all around the world from modern cities such as London, Paris and Singapore to small villages in the Phillippines, Bali and Portugal to name a few.
If you have ordered from multiple boutiques you will receive separate packages from each of the boutiques.
How long will I have to wait for my product?
Delivery times will vary based upon the nature of the product and country of the Boutique. We offer Standard and Express shipping to all customers which vary from 1 – 15 days delivery time.
Can I return my product?
For most products you have up to 14-days from receipt to contact the Boutique and arrange to return your item.
All one-offs or customised items will not be eligiable for cancellation or refunds due to their bespoke nature.
Do I need to pay for the returns?
We recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage. Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product to the Boutique.
What is the refund process?
TBS represent the Boutique so we will manage the refund payment to you, which will be returned to the card you made the payment with, up to 14 days after the Boutique received the returned item.
